My item came with a defect, what can I do?

- You can get in touch with our CS team at hello@farmrio.com with your order number and a picture of the damage so they can better assist you in finding the best solution possible*. *Valid for items purchased directly from us. If you purchased from a different store, please contact their support team and they’ll be able to provide help under their policies.

My item was damaged after I received/wore it, what can I do?

- In this case, please provide a pic and your order number to our CS team at hello@farmrio.com and we’ll investigate and assess internally. After the analysis, our team will get back to you with the possible options*. We don't guarantee a refund or replacement. *Valid for items purchased directly from us. If you purchased from a different store, please contact their support team and they’ll be able to provide help under their policies.

My item is ok, but one of the accessories is damaged. Can you send me a replacement?

- Unfortunately, we are not able to send spare/separate trims (like buttons, tassels, beads, zippers etc) or belts.
